Overview

As the fire authority for much of regional and rural Victoria, CFA is consulted at different stages and levels of the planning process and with regard to various regulations. Whether we are involved in strategic or statutory planning, or helping landowners or industry comply with regulations, we are focused on our main mission: protecting lives and property and ensuring Victorian communities are prepared for and safe from fire.
