- A CFA Service Award certificate is awarded after 5 years of service.
- A CFA Service Award Medal is awarded after 10 years, with additional medals for every 5 years thereafter.
Criteria
The CFA Service Award is awarded in recognition of service given to CFA. Recipients receive a:
- Certificate: For an aggregate efficient service of not less than five years
- Medal: For an aggregate efficient service of not less than 10 years in one or more fire brigades/work locations and each subsequent five years of service. Volunteer and employee service is cumulative, but concurrent service will only be counted once
