The Bureau of Meteorology provides the fire services with Fire Danger Rating (FDI) calculations from 1 November to 30 April each year.

Outside this period the Fire Danger Ratings and map will appear grey. In this case, 'No Forecast' equals 'Low - Moderate' Fire Danger Rating.
