CFA has developed a range of education programs and resources to assist teachers to deliver units around fire safety and the role of CFA in the community.

Curriculum maps show how fire safety can be taught across the key learning areas, and also give examples of suggested activities.

This site also acts as a valuable resource to learn more about CFA:

  • Visit About CFA for information on what we do, our structure, locations, history, equipment and funding
  • Joining CFA provides information about volunteering, including Junior Volunteers, as well as some of the benefits people enjoy by volunteering for CFA
  • Students and Kids has a range of interactive games and activities that provide opportunities for children to have fun while learning more about fire safety
  • Residents has information on both home fire safety and bushfire safety
