People who live in a high fire risk area need to develop a practical bushfire survival plan and be prepared.
Living with Fire is a joint agency initiative, involving strategies for community development, communication, education and empowerment in relation to wildfire and planned burning in Victoria. Implementation activities incorporate a range of communication campaigns, educational programs, community development programs and engagement activities across the wildfire PPRR continuum.

Living with Fire is underpinned by evidenced based research as all partners contribute the specialist knowledge and skills of their organisation to the broader goals of a strong resilient and fire safe Victoria.
