This information is collected by CFA Fire & Emergency Management and will be used to improve service delivery and content of CFA programs, assist the community in understanding their local risk, advise of any future meetings/events in relation to bushfire, advertise any changes to Neighbourhood Safer Places, Community Fire Refuges and distribute relevant safety information in relation to risk.
Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information follows the requirements of the Privacy & Data Protection Act 2014.
Completion of this form is optional and not required by law, however if you do not provide your details it could limit the provision of important CFA information to you.
This does not include warnings during an incident. Information will be stored in the Customer Relationship Management System, and will only be accessed by authorised personnel, its agencies and partners.
