CFA delivers services to the community through a network of 1,186 rural, urban and integrated fire stations across Victoria. CFA's fire stations are specifically designed to support and facilitate the emergency needs of our firefighters and to house our specialist vehicles and equipment.
Integrated Fire Stations
Integrated stations include career firefighters who support local volunteers. CFA has 32 integrated fire stations typically servicing large urban centres and housing between 4-6 or more emergency vehicles.
Operational support areas in integrated stations include a turn-out area, workshop, Breathing Apparatus cleaning room, laundry and drying areas. Dayroom and bedrooms for staff are included together with meeting room, kitchen and offices.

Urban Fire Stations
There are 204 urban fire stations catering to the needs of larger brigades and including a 3-4 bay drive-through motor room, turn-out area, workshop, Breathing Apparatus cleaning room and drying room.
A meeting room and kitchen are provided for training and brigade use together with offices for support functions.

Rural Fire Stations
CFA has 951 rural fire stations typically housing 2-3 vehicles and brigade equipment.
Smaller rural stations include a turn out area, workshop and toilet while larger rural stations also have a meeting room and kitchen.
