17 January 2007 DTM Logistics - Dandenong South By the time the brigade arrived, the building was fully involved. Losses were extensive including contents and vehicles.
1 March 2007 Food Warehouse Fire - Wattle St, Springvale Fire destroyed a food processing factory. About 50 firefighters took one hour to contain the blaze, preventing spread to a neighbouring school. 15 people in a nearby block of flats were evacuated as a precaution.
