Fiskville Training College

The CFA Training College and its staff have extensive experience in providing specialised training in incident attack and management. Whether for emergency service agencies in Australia or overseas, the CFA Training College, Fiskville, can deliver training to meet almost any emergency requirement for agencies or industry.

Fiskville is a Registered Training Provider of Vocational Education and Training. Set in a unique rural setting, the facility has numerous training / learning areas, many for specialised activities.

All learning experiences at Fiskville are built on safety.

Where is Fiskville?Map

The CFA Training College, Fiskville, is centrally located in Victoria, only 79km from the heart of Melbourne and within easy reach of Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong and other provincial cities and towns. Access is easy from the Western Freeway via the Ballan /Daylesford Exit (look for the Fiskville signs), then south along the Ballan - Geelong Road for about 10km.

Fiskville Precincts

Fiskville is divided into a number of precincts. The following are the main areas of contact for visitors.

Hospitality Precinct

Cottage Accommodation, Main Dining, Lounge, Recreation Rooms and Car Parking.

PAD Precinct
Unauthorised people should not enter the PAD precinct – there are many hazardous locations and the area should be approached only under supervision. Fiskville PAD

Teaching Centre and Admin Precinct

Visitor parking is available in the Teaching Centre Car Park located behind the Admin Building. Short term parking (up to 30 minutes) is available near Reception.

Classrooms 13, 15 and 16 are general purpose rooms. Classroom 14 is the science room. The Teaching Centre comprises the Auditorium, Conference Rooms, Rural and Urban TEWT Rooms, Syndicate Rooms, Resource Centre and Toilet.
