CFA Service Award

Criteria for Award

Awarded in recognition of service given to CFA.

  • Certificate: For an aggregate efficient service of not less than five years.
  • Medal: For an aggregate efficient service of not less than 10 years in one or more fire brigades/work locations and each subsequent five years of service. Volunteer and employee service is cumulative, but concurrent service will only be counted once.

Description

The CFA Service Award comprises:

  • a certificate signed by the Operations Manager and Captain/OIC after five years of service;
  • an antique bronze medal, ribbon bar and lapel pin awarded after 10 years of service; and
  • an antique bronze medal, ribbon bar and lapel pin showing number of years served is available after 15 years' service and every 5 years thereafter
